4.1. Bên B có quyền thực hiện việc

4.1. Bên B có quyền thực hiện việc Hủy khuôn theo đúng quy trình kỹ thuật, phù hợp với pháp luật sở tại và được nhận thanh toán đối với những chi phí phát sinh để thực hiện hủy khuôn theo Điều 3.2 nêu trên.
4.2. Bên B có nghĩa vụ đảm bảo việc Hủy khuôn thành công, Khuôn không thể tiếp tục sử dụng được nữa, cho dù sử dụng vào bất kỳ mục đích gì.

4.1. 4.2. Party B has the obligation to ensure the successful Cancel mold, mold can not continue to use it anymore, whether used for any purpose.
