Chiều ngày 16/11/2016, đoàn công tác của Ngân hàng Thế giới (WB) do ông Alwaleed Alatabani, Chuyên gia trưởng Bộ phận tài chính của WB tại Việt Nam dẫn đầu đã làm việc với các sở, ban, ngành thành phố về vấn đề “Giải pháp tài chính cho rủi ro thiên tai tại Đà Nẵng”. Về phía thành phố Đà Nẵng, có sự tham dự của ông Lê Bá Dũng - Phó Giám đốc Sở Tài chính, ông Hoàng Thanh Hòa - Phó Giám đốc Sở Nông nghiệp & Phát triển nông thôn, ông Đinh Quang Cường - Chánh Văn phòng Biến đổi khí hậu và đại diện các đơn vị liên quan trên địa bàn thành phố
