Đại diện của Nhà thầu có thể giao nhiệm vụ và quy định rõ thẩm quyền cho bất cứ người nào có năng lực đồng thời có thể hủy bỏ việc ủy quyền này tại bất cứ thời điểm nào. Việc giao nhiệm vụ hoặc hủy bỏ sẽ có hiệu lực khi Chủ đầu tư nhận được thông báo trước đó do đại diện Nhà thầu kí, nêu tên rõ, nhiệm vụ và thẩm quyền của người được giao và huỷ bỏ.
