Với phương châm "Luôn mang đến sự thỏa mãn cao nhất cho khách hàng", Ban lãnh đạo cùng tập thể nhân viên công ty TNHH Phốt Phát đã xây dựng thành công Hệ thống quản lý Chất lượng ISO 9001:2008.
Sau quá trình kiểm tra, đánh giá nghiêm ngặt về quy trình, chất lượng quản lý tổ chức và thực hiện theo hệ thống tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001:2008, AFNOR đã gửi Công văn xác nhận và tái cấp Giấy chứng nhận ISO 9001:2008 số 2015/68564.1 có hiệu lực đến ngày 29-09-2018 cho Công ty TNHH Phốt Phát.

Theo đó, phạm vi lĩnh vực hoạt động của Công ty TNHH Phốt Phát được AFNOR chứng nhận đạt tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001:2008 là: Nghiên cứu, sản xuất và cung cấp Hóa chất xử lý bề mặt cho kim loại và nhựa.

Với việc xây dựng và hoàn thiện các quy trình hoạt động, hoàn chỉnh hệ thống quản lý chất lượng theo tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001:2008 và được cấp chứng nhận bởi tổ chức chứng nhận quốc tế AFNOR từ năm 2011 đến nay, Công ty TNHH Phốt Phát đã và đang nỗ lực mạnh mẽ trong việc duy trì ổn định cơ cấu tổ chức và tối ưu công tác quản lý, xây dựng tác phong làm việc khoa học, chuẩn hóa các quy trình.
