Trong trường hợp có bất cứ điều khoản nào trong hợp đồng này bị xem là vô hiệu, bất hợp pháp hoặc không thể thực hiện được, thì những điều khoản khác của hợp đồng vẫn có hiệu lực thi hành đối với các bên nếu việc điều khoản bị xem là vô hiệu, bất hợp pháp hoặc không thể thực hiện được không làm ảnh hưởng đến hiệu lực của các điều khoản còn lại
