- Khi nhận được thông tin về sự cố và khiếu nại về tình hình an ninh, bộ phận chuyên trách sẽ tiến hành xác minh thông tin, điều tra, tìm hiểu sự việc, sau đó sẽ giải quyết.
- Sau đó sẽ tiến hành xác định xác định lý do và đề xuất biện pháp siết chặt an ninh hơn không để sự cố tương tự xảy ra.
- Tùy theo tính chất từng sự cố mà phòng CSR sẽ quyết định công bố sự cố đó hay không.
