Giá cước chưa bao gồm các khoản phí : phí kiểm đếm, phí đóng kiện gỗ...và các khoản thuế, lệ phí hợp lệ (nếu có) mà bên B thay mặt cho Bên A nộp cho cho cơ quan hải quan, cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền khi làm các thủ tục xuất khẩu, nhập khẩu bưu phẩm, bưu kiện. Bên B sẽ thông báo các khoản phí này cho bên A trước khi thực hiện và bên B chỉ thực hiện nộp thay cho bên A khi được sự đồng ý bằng văn bản của bên A.
