- Khi Quý khách nào bị lạc Đoàn nên đứng tại chỗ để hướng dẫn và trưởng Đoàn tìm. Không nên đi tìm Đoàn vì các điểm tham quan rất rộng nên càng dễ lạc.
- Ðối với hộ chiếu, giấy tờ quan trọng, tiền mặt và các tài sản cá nhân có giá trị lớn đề nghị các thành viên luôn mang theo bên mình (không để trong lều đề phòng trường hợp mất cắp). Thông báo cho hướng dẫn viên khi xảy ra sự việc.
