Nếu trong quá trình thực hiện Hợp đồng, khi cần bổ sung nhân sự chủ chốt để thực hiện các dịch vụ, Tư vấn phải trình cho chủ đầu tư xem xét và phê duyệt một bản sao CV của họ. Nếu chủ đầu tư có văn bản không phản đối (nêu rõ lý do nếu phản đối) trong vòng hai mươi hai (22) ngày, kể từ ngày nhận được các CV như vậy, nhân sự chủ chốt được bổ sung như trên sẽ được coi là đã được chủ đầu tư sự chấp thuận.

If in the course of performing the contract, when the need for additional key personnel to perform the services, advice to the owner for review and approval a copy of their CV. If the owner has not opposed the text (specify reason if objection) within twenty (20) days from the date of receiving the ACTS as such, key personnel are added as above will be deemed to have been approved by the owner.

If in the process of implementation of the contract, when the need to add key personnel to perform services, Consulting for investor must review and approval a copy of their CV. If investors do not object in writing (stating the reasons if the objection) within twenty-two (22) days from the date of receipt of such CVs, key personnel are added as above will be deemed to have been approved by the investors.
