Trường hợp có người bị thương, cấp cứu hay tai nạn.
Cách giải quyết với người bị thương đi cấp cứu:
- Gọi điện thoại đến cơ sở y tế nơi gần nhất nhờ giúp đỡ. Yêu cầu cho họ biết rõ thông tin:
+ Tên và địa chỉ mục tiêu;
+ Thông báo khu vực nào trong cơ quan;
+ Tên của người cần cấp cứu;
+ Tính chất, mức độ của sự việc và tình trạng của bệnh nhân;
+ Cho biết số điện thoại của cơ quan.
(Lưu ý: Không được cúp máy khi chưa có phản hồi của bệnh viện).
- Sơ cứu bệnh nhân.
- Thông báo cho người quản lý hoặc chủ quản biết cử người đón bác sĩ đến chỗ bệnh nhân được nhanh chóng.
- Cử người mở đường để phụ giúp đưa bệnh nhân ra xe cứu thương được nhanh chóng.
- Báo cáo cơ quan chủ quản và Công ty.
* Chú ý: Nhân viên bảo vệ sơ cứu bệnh nhân không được di chuyển bệnh nhân trừ khi thấy xuất hiện nguy hiểm hay vết thương càng trầm trọng, không nên cho uống thuốc khi chưa có chỉ dẫn.
