Trường hợp bàn giao căn hộ theo thờ

Trường hợp bàn giao căn hộ theo thời hạn dự kiến ở Điểm a Điều này , Bên Bán có trách nhiệm gửi văn bản thông báo cho bên mua biết lý do chậm bàn giao căn hộ và nêu rõ thời gian dự kiến.
Trước ngày bàn giao căn hộ 15 ngày, Bên bán phải gửi văn bản thông báo cho Bên Mua về thời gian, địa điểm, thủ tục bàn giao căn hộ.
CĂn hộ được bàn giao cho bên mua phải theo đúng thiết kế đã được phê duyệt và phải sử dụng đúng các thiết bị , vật liệu nêu tại bảng danh mục vật liệu, xây dựng mà các bên đã thỏa thuận trừ trường hợp quy định tại điểm e khoản 1 điều 5 của hợp đồng này

Where handing over the term apartments expected at Point a of this article, the Seller shall send a written notice to the purchaser to know why delay handing over the apartment, clearly stating the expected time.
Before the handover Apartments for 15 days, the seller shall send a written notice to the purchaser on time, place and procedures for handing over the apartment.
