Điều 3. Quyết định này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký. Thành viên HĐQT, Ban Giám đốc, các ông (bà) Chánh văn phòng, các phòng ban có liên quan của Công ty và ông Trần Văn Anh chịu trách nhiệm thi hành theo quyết định này
