Đối với quản lý và kiểm soát tiếng

Đối với quản lý và kiểm soát tiếng ồn, độ rung, ánh sáng, bức xạ, tổ chức, cá nhân gây tiếng ồn, độ rung, ánh sáng, bức xạ phải kiểm soát, xử lý bảo đảm quy chuẩn kỹ thuật môi trường.
Hiện nay, đối với tiếng ồn, quy chuẩn kỹ thuật quốc gia được áp dụng là QCVN 26:2010/BTNMT được ban hành ngày 16/12/2010 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường.
