2. Các biện pháp được sử dụng tại cấp độ chi nhánh.

Để tuân thủ các cách thức bảo mật nêu trên, các biện pháp sau đây sẽ được sử dụng tại cấp độ Chi nhánh như sau:
+ Tuân thủ và tuyệt đối áp dụng các quy định của BIDV HO đối với các quy định về sử dụng hệ thống CNTT, về bảo mật: cấp user, phân quyền truy cập….
+ Kiểm soát nghiêm ngặt việc phân quyền cho người sử dụng, đảm bảo quyền sử dụng của mỗi cá nhánh phải được xác định rõ ràng, theo đúng chức năng nhiệm vụ được phân công, có xác định hạn mức giao dịch, … và phải có phê duyệt của Lãnh đạo Chi nhánh trước khi quản trị hệ thống khai báo vào hệ thống.
+ Đào tạo, phổ biến kiến thức cho tất cả các đối tượng trong việc sử dụng các chương trình ứng dụng, các quy trình, quy định, Bộ chính sách an toàn bảo mật thông tin (theo tiêu chuẩn ISO 27001) đảm bảo an toàn bảo mật thông tin và tài sản trong các hoạt động nghiệp vụ hàng ngày.
+ Thường xuyên thực hiện công tác kiểm tra nội bộ, kiểm soát rủi ro và áp dụng các chế tài xử lý cụ thể trong các hoạt động, đặc biệt là hoạt động CNTT.
+ Thường xuyên làm việc với các nhà cung cấp các hệ thống CNTT (đối với các hệ thống CNTT do Chi nhánh quản lý) để cập nhật, bảo trì, đảm bảo tuyệt đối an toàn cho hệ thống…;
