Trước hết cho tôi gửi lời hỏi thăm sức khỏe tới ông! Mong ông mau bình phục để tiếp tục công việc chung của chúng ta.

Tôi rất xin lỗi về sự chậm trễ trong trả lời thư làm phía Ông phải lo lắng.

I. Tôi sẽ nói sơ qua về tình hình dự án Bảo Đại như sau:

1. Hiện tại Khánh Hà đang thi công gần xong hạ tầng cho khu villa, trong vài ngày tới chúng tôi đổ bê tông đường.

2. Các thiết kế đã bắt đầu triển khai và chuẩn bị thi công khách sạn, villa mẫu.

3. Trong tuần sau chúng tôi có buổi làm việc cuối cùng với đơn vị quản lý khách sạn (alila) trước khi kí hợp đồng.

Cơ bản, mọi việc liên quan đến khu resort đã hoàn tất.

THời gian vừa qua chậm cũng là vì chúng tôi có 1 chút điều chỉnh trong phân kì đầu tư để phù hợp với điều kiện tài chính của Tập đoàn Hà Đô.

II. Về cuộc đua thuyền buồm:

Thông tin sơ bộ chắc bà DUng đã gửi cho ông rồi. Về phía bến thuyền của chúng ta đã được các thành viên, thủy thủ đoàn và các đối tác quan tâm và hy vọng 2017 sẽ được đón cuộc đua Hongkong-Nhatrang này tại Bảo Đại Marina.

III. Về xin phép bến du thuyền Bảo Đại:

Hiện tại chính quyền UBND Tỉnh Khánh Hòa đã thụ lý và đang gửi xin ý kiến các ngành chức năng. Đối với nội bọ Tỉnh Khánh Hòa thì nhanh (trong 1 tuần nữa là có hết ý kiến). Nhưng đây là dự án nằm trong Vịnh Nha Trang thuộc di sản Quốc gia nên phải xin ý kiến Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường cùng với Bộ Văn Hóa thông tin truyền thông (Việc này chúng tôi đã không lường trước được, với công trình trên đất thì không phải xin phép 2 Bộ trên; Công trình trên mặt nước thì có) Do đó việc này sẽ kéo dài. Dự kiến mọi việc sẽ hoàn thành trong tháng 12/2015.

Tôi sẽ thông tin cho bạn thường xuyên về việc quan trọng này.

IV. Về Cty Projex:

Ngày 19/11 chúng tôi sẽ gặp và việc với họ tại Bảo Đại.

Ông vui lòng cho chúng tôi biết cụ thể về chương trình làm việc của Projex cũng như vai trò của họ đối với dự án này.

Cuối cùng chúc ông cùng Cyrielle mạnh khỏe, thành công! Chúc ông sớm bình phục sức khỏe.
