With 100% approval, Professor THQ-former President of the Association of universities and colleges-was elected President of the Association of universities and colleges in Vietnam (A PRACTISE AREAS). The Congress also agreed to elect 148 members and the Executive Committee, the standing Commissioner 62 and 13 Vice Presidents
