3.1. Ủy ban nhân sự: tham mưu, tư vấn cho HĐQT xây dựng thực hiện chính sách phát triển nguồn nhân lực (bao gồm nhân sự cấp cao), chế độ tiền lương, thưởng, thù laotoàn hệ thống BIDV.
Hiện tại, Ủy ban nhân sự có 10 thành viên bao gồm một số thành viên trong HĐQT, Ban Tổng Giám đốc và Giám đốc một số đơn vị liên quan. Đứng đầu Ủy ban nhân sự là Chủ tịch Ủy ban.
Ủy ban họp định kỳ mỗi quý một lần và họp đột xuất khi có yêu cầu.
