Tại PJICO đối tượng đào tạo được xác định dựa trên quy chế và số liệu thống kê đào tạo. Dựa vào chỉ tiêu đã được xác định và quy chế quy định đối tượng được đào tạo người quản lý trực tiếp sẽ gửi danh sách lên ban cán bộ nhân sự xem xét và trình Tổng Giám Đốc phê duyệt. Những đối tượng được đi đào tạo cần đáp ứng những điều kiện sau:
