The success of a company or an organization is judged on the overall strategy of human resources management. An overall strategy for human resources management is called successfully complete the combination of 5 elements; như: performance management, reward, resourcing, employee relations and training & development. However, the second most important factor is performance management and reward management. To better understand the two factors, we will use the case of McDonald's to analyze more clearly the relationship of these two factors and the importance of the two factors for the success of a public company.
