Tư vấn và Tư vấn phụ và đội ngũ nhân sự của Tư vấn và Tư vấn phụ sẽ không tham gia, một cách trực tiếp hoặc gián tiếp, vào bất kỳ các hoạt động thương mại hoặc nghề nghiệp nào tại quốc gia của Chủ đầu tư mà có thể gây xung đột với các công việc được giao cho họ trong quá trình thực hiện Hợp đồng này.

Results (English) 1:

Extra advice and consultancy and staff of consultants and consultant will not participate, directly or indirectly, on any commercial activity or profession in the country of the owner which can cause conflict with the work assigned to them in the course of performing this contract.

Results (English) 2:

Consulting and Advisory parts and staff of Consulting and Advisory side will not participate, directly or indirectly, in any commercial activities or professional in the country of the investor which may conflict with the work assigned to them in the process of implementing this Agreement.
