Bước 1: Trưởng phòng ban có nhu cầu tuyển dụng, sẽ ghi nhận nhu cầu cần tuyển dụng
Bước 2: Phòng nhân sự sẽ tiếp nhận nhu cầu và xem xét
- Nếu không đạt, nhân sự sẽ tư vấn và đánh giá lại nhu cầu cho trưởng phòng ban
- Nếu đạt, nhân sự lập bản kế hoạch tuyển dụng, rồi chuẩn bị hồ sơ cho đợt tuyển dụng bao gồm:
o Cập nhật “Thông tin tuyển dụng” và “Thông tin liên hệ”
o Nhập thông tin “Điều kiện sơ tuyển” gồm những tiêu chí nào
o Nhập thông tin “Hội đồng tuyển dụng” gồm những ai
o Nhập thông tin “Vòng tuyển dụng” gồm những vòng nào (phỏng vấn, bài test IQ, anh văn, .v.v…)

o Update "recruitment" and "contact Information"

o enter "round recruiting" includes any rounds (interviews, IQ tests, English , etc ...)
