- The method of data collection:
Sources of information to identify research issues were collected through two methods of qualitative research and quantitative.
Qualitative research: Based on previous research, experience myself, the same thesis and secondary projections of Xining Power Company to determine the preliminary list of factors affecting customer satisfaction using electricity. Experts interviewed from 7 to 9 who have over 10 years experience in the field of electricity to additional editing and select a list of formal elements. Based on the list of preliminary design factor questionnaire and interview experts continue from 7 to 9 people to build the official questionnaire.
The study quantified: Direct interviews and interviews by mail at home / institution / organization's customers use electric power company Xining in the questionnaire.
