Trong 20 năm thi hành chính sách theo phương hướng kinh tế thị trường (1986-2008), ngành nông nghiệp, nông thôn và nông dân Việt Nam đã có những bước phát triển đáng kể. Đã thu được nhiều thành quả về tăng sản lượng sản phẩm, chất lượng, năng suất, an ninh lương thực etc. và một số nông sản đã đạt được vị trí cao trên thị trường thế giới. Đồng thời kinh tế nông nghiệp cũng đã chuyển đổi trung tâm sang dịch vụ và sản xuất, tổ chức sản xuất liên tục đổi mới. Hạ tầng xã hội được nâng cao, đời sống vật chất và tinh thần của đại bộ phận các vùng nông thôn được nâng cao đáng kể. Việc giảm nghèo cũng thu được nhiều kết quả. Thể chế chính trị vùng nông thôn được nâng cao, chủ nghĩa dân chủ cơ sở được đẩy mạnh. Bên cạnh sự ổn định về chính trị, dùy trì trật tự và an toàn xã hội thì vị thế chính trị của người nông dân cũng được tăng lên.

Results (English) 1:

In 20 years of enforcement of the policy under the direction of market economy (1986-2008), agriculture, rural and farmer Vietnam has made significant developments. Has obtained many results about the increase of output product, quality, productivity, food security etc. and some agricultural products have achieved high positions on the world market. At the same time the agricultural economy has also transformed the center into manufacturing and services, organization of production repeatedly renewed. Social infrastructure is advanced, the material and spiritual life of the great parts of the countryside are significantly enhanced. The reduction also obtained many results. Rural institutions be enhanced, a home base to be promoted. Besides political stability, maintain organization maintained order and social safety, the political status of the farmers was also increased.

In 20 years of implementation of the policy in the direction of a market economy (1986-2008), agriculture, rural areas and farmers in Vietnam has made considerable progress. Has obtained many achievements in increasing product yield, quality, productivity, food security, etc. and some agricultural products have achieved high positions on the world market. At the same time the agricultural economy has converted into service centers and manufacturing organizations continually produce innovation. Social infrastructure is improving, material life and spirit of the majority of rural areas are significantly enhanced. Reducing poverty are also achieving results. Political institutions in rural areas is improving, neo grassroots democracy has been strengthened. Besides political stability, maintain order and social security, the political status of farmers is also increased.
