Các Bên Bán, bằng quyền cổ đông và thông qua các thành viên trong hội đồng quản trị Công Ty của mình, đảm bảo rằng Công Ty sẽ uỷ quyền cho một tổ chức/cá nhân, bằng chi phí của tổ chức/cá nhân này, thực hiện việc thay mặt Công Ty đi làm việc với các cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền và các bên liên quan để thực hiện các thay đổi quy hoạch cần thiết cho Dự Án – với điều kiện rằng các thay đổi này phải được thống nhất trước với Các Bên Bán và không làm ảnh hưởng tới việc thực hiện quyền và nghĩa vụ của Các Bên theo Thoả Thuận này và Hợp Đồng Chuyển Nhượng.
