- Tổ chức thực hiện kế hoạch kinh doanh và phương án đầu tư của công ty;
- Kiến nghị phương án cơ cấu tổ chức, quy chế quản lý nội bộ công ty;
- Kiến nghị việc hợp tác đầu tư, triển khai các dự án kinh doanh hoặc dịch vụ mới.
- Kiến nghị các vấn đề liên quan đến thiết lập cơ cấu tổ chức, tổ chức bộ máy điều hành, cơ chế phối hợp và cơ sở hạ tầng để đảm bảo hiệu quả cao trong các hoạt động kinh doanh.
- Quyết định các vấn đề liên quan đến công việc kinh doanh hằng ngày của công ty mà không cần phải có quyết định của Hội đồng quản trị;
- Tổ chức thực hiện các quyết định của Hội đồng quản trị;
