Nếu chủ đầu tư không đồng ý hoặc cho rằng Nhà thầu chưa cung cấp đủ cơ sở để xác nhận một phần nào đó của dự thảo quyết toàn hợp đồng, Nhà thầu sẽ cung cấp thêm thông tin khi Chủ đầu tư có yêu cầu hợp lí và sẽ thay đổi dự thảo theo sự nhất trí của hai bên. Nhà thầu sẽ chuẩn bị và trình cho Chủ đầu tư quyết toán hợp đồng như chủ hai bên đã nhất trí.

If the owner does not agree, or that the contractor has not provided sufficient basis to confirm a part of the draft decision the entire contract, the contractor will provide more information when the investor has a reasonable request and will change the draft according to the consensus of the two parties. The contractor shall prepare and submit to the owner the contract settlement as both sides agreed.

If the investor does not agree or believe contractors have not provided sufficient grounds to confirm certain parts of the draft settlement agreement, the contractor will provide more information when the investor has a reasonable request and will change according to the draft agreement of both parties. The Contractor shall prepare and submit to the investors as master settlement agreement the two sides agreed.
