Many researchers believe that Cronbach Alpha from 0.8 up to near 1, then the measuring scale is good, from 0.7 to 0.8 is near to be used. check the Cronbach Alpha coefficient if greater than or equal to 0.6 then concluded the scales can accept in terms of reliability (Nunnally & Bernstein, 1994), and if less than 0.6, then the variable will be eliminated from the measuring scale and does not appear in the subsequent analysis. There are also suggestions that Cronbach Alpha from 0.6 upwards can be used in case the concept is new or is new research with respondents. so for this study, the Cronbach Alpha from 0.6 and above shall be accepted.
