Nhiều nhà nghiên cứu cho rằng Cronbach Alpha từ 0.8 trở lên đến gần 1 thì thang đo lường là tốt, từ 0.7 đến gần 0.8 là sử dụng được. kiểm tra hệ số Cronbach Alpha nếu lớn hơn hoặc bằng 0.6 thì kết luận thang đo có thể chấp nhận được về mặt độ tin cậy (Nunnally & Bernstein,1994), còn nếu nhỏ hơn 0.6 thì biến sẽ bị loại khỏi thang đo và không xuất hiện trong các phân tích tiếp theo. Cũng có đề nghị rằng Cronbach Alpha từ 0.6 trở lên là có thể sử dụng được trong trường hợp khái niệm đang nghiên cứu là mới hoặc mới đổi với người trả lời. vì vậy đối với nghiên cứu này thì Cronbach Alpha từ 0.6 trở lên thì được chấp nhận.

Results (English) 1:

Many researchers believe that Cronbach Alpha from 0.8 up to near 1, then the measuring scale is good, from 0.7 to 0.8 is near to be used. check the Cronbach Alpha coefficient if greater than or equal to 0.6 then concluded the scales can accept in terms of reliability (Nunnally & Bernstein, 1994), and if less than 0.6, then the variable will be eliminated from the measuring scale and does not appear in the subsequent analysis. There are also suggestions that Cronbach Alpha from 0.6 upwards can be used in case the concept is new or is new research with respondents. so for this study, the Cronbach Alpha from 0.6 and above shall be accepted.

Many researchers believe that Cronbach alpha of 0.8 or higher on the scale measuring nearly 1 as well, from 0.7 to nearly 0.8 was used. Cronbach's alpha test if greater or equal to 0.6, then the conclusion can scale acceptable in terms of reliability (Nunnally & Bernstein, 1994), even if less than 0.6, the variables will be excluded from the scale and not appear in the following analysis. Also suggested that the Cronbach alpha of 0.6 or more can be used in case the concept is new, or new studies with respondents. so for this study Cronbach Alpha of 0.6 or more will be accepted.
