KẾT LUẬN
thực tập không phải là thời gian dài nhưng đã giúp em có cái nhìn tổng quát hơn về các hoạt động tại công ty. Công ty có môi trường làm việc rất tốt, luôn tạo điều kiện giúp đỡ người lao động bằng các chương trình phúc lợi thiết thực. Quá trình thực tập giúp em có được nhiều kinh nghiệm khi thực tập tại đây như kỹ năng giao tiếp, cơ hội tiếp xúc với nhiều người dày dặn kinh nghiệm trong việc quản lý sản xuất... Có cơ hội để em vận dụng những kiến thức đã học từ sách vở, nhà trường vào thực tế, cũng như mang lại nhiều kinh nghiệm thực tiễn trong xử lý, giải quyết công việc. Qua thời gian trên, em cũng nhận thấy rằng, kiến thức mình được học ở trường tuy nhiều nhưng vẫn chưa đủ khi ra thực tế. Vì vậy, em biết rằng mình còn phải học hỏi thêm nhiều nữa.
Do kiến thức, kinh nghiệm còn hạn chế nên báo cáo thực tập của em không tránh khỏi những sai sót. Vì vậy, em rất mong nhận được sự đóng góp của quý thầy cô để bài báo cáo của em được hoàn thiện hơn.
Một lần nữa em xin chân thành cảm ơn giám đốc công ty TNHH Sao Nam Viêt đã tạo điều kiện cho em có cơ hội thực tập tại công ty, cũng như các anh chị trong phòng kinh doanh.

CONCLUSION
practice is not a long time but has helped me better overview of the activities in the company. The process helped me get internship experience having practiced here as communication skills, opportunities to interact with many people experienced in the management of production ... Is there any chance for me to apply the knowledge learned from books, the school into practice, as well as bring more practical experience in processing, handling work. Over time on, I also noticed that my knowledge learned in school, but many still not enough as a fact. So, I know that I have to learn more.
