Trước hết, Công ty TNHH Kiểm toán U&I chân thành cảm ơn Công ty TNHH EV Tros Nam Việt (gọi tắt là “Công ty”) đã tin tưởng và chọn công ty chúng tôi trong việc cung cấp các dịch vụ chuyên nghiệp cho Công ty trong thời gian vừa qua.
Căn cứ vào thư điện tử (email) ngày 10 tháng 05 năm 2016 từ hộp thư [e-mail] xác nhận về tình hình ngưng hoạt động của Công ty và Công ty không có nhu cầu sử dụng dịch vụ kiểm toán báo cáo tài chính cho năm tài chính kết thúc ngày 31 tháng 12 năm 2015 của Công ty TNHH EV Tros Nam Việt theo các email tiếp sau đó. Để thuận tiện cho hai bên về các thủ tục chấm dứt hợp đồng, nay chúng tôi gửi thông báo này như một xác nhận hủy hợp đồng cung cấp dịch vụ kiểm toán số 21.11-HD/U&I ngày 17 tháng 02 năm 2016 mà không cần thu hồi hợp đồng đã ký và đóng dấu chúng tôi đã gửi cho Công ty trước đó. Theo đó, các quyền và nghĩa vụ của hai bên liên quan đến hợp đồng này cũng được miễn trừ.
