• Trưởng các phòng ban gửi yêu cầu vị trí cần tuyển dụng và điền vào phiếu yêu cầu tuyển dụng
• Nhân viên tuyển dụng kiểm tra lại yêu cầu tuyển dụng và so sánh với kế hoạch nhân sự hằng năm. Các yêu cầu tuyển dụng nhân sự phải có sự phê duyệt của Giám Đốc.
• Căn cứ vào phiếu yêu cầu tuyển dụng, nhân viên tuyển dụng đề xuất nguồn hỗ trợ tuyển dụng với quản lý nhân sự.
