DDC: Đây là các bộ điều khiển lập trình của hãng Johnson Controls.Bộ điều khiển lập trình bao gồm những chức năng sau:
• Nối liên kết các thiết bị đầu cuối như : sensor, Tranducer,Rơle ,Valve…
• Chuyển đổi các biến vật lý kiểu Analog sang các biến đơn vị kỹ thuật ví dụ như Tín hiêụ điện 0-10V hoặc 4-20mA sang đơn vị độ ẩm (RH) hoặc sang đơn vị áp suất (Pascan)…. Và ngược lại.
• Báo cáo những thay đổi tín hiệu từ thiết bị đầu cuối tới trạm vận hành.
• Trình dịch những thay đổi tín hiệu từ trạm vận hành tới các thiết bị đầu cuối.

• Convert Physical variables into the variable type Analog engineering units such as 0-10V or 4-20mA electrical signal to the unit humidity (RH) or to unit pressure (Pascal) .... And vice versa.
• Report the changes signal from the terminal to operate the station.
• To translate the signal changes from operator stations to the terminals.
