Trung tâm Khai thác Tân Sơn Nhất (TOC) là cơ quan đại diện cho Tổng công ty Hàng Không Việt Nam tại sân bay quốc tế Tân Sơn Nhất với nhiệm vụ điều phối và giám sát thực hiện các hoạt động khai thác phục vụ chuyến bay của Vietnam Airlines tại sân bay.

I. Vị trí: CHUYÊN VIÊN ĐẠI DIỆN HÃNG
Nhiệm vụ chính:
- Là đại diện Vietnam Airlines tại sân bay quốc tế Tân Sơn Nhất.
- Điều phối và giám sát các hoạt động phục vụ hành khách, hành lý đối với các chuyến bay của Vietnam Airlines, các chuyến bay hợp tác khai thác với các hãng hàng không khác tại sân bay quốc tế Tân Sơn Nhất.
- Trợ giúp tổ bay làm nhiệm vụ, chuẩn bị hồ sơ khai thác trước chuyến bay, điều phối và kiểm soát các hoạt động khai thác bay của Vietnam Airlines tại sân bay quốc tế Tân Sơn Nhất hướng đến mục tiêu an toàn, hiệu quả và đúng kế hoạch.
