Các Bên cam kết giữ bí mật toàn bộ

Các Bên cam kết giữ bí mật toàn bộ các thông tin liên quan đến quá trình đàm phán, ký kết và thực hiện Thỏa Thuận này và các hợp đồng có liên quan cũng như các thông tin được một Bên cung cấp cho Bên kia (“Thông Tin Mật”). Không Bên nào được tiết lộ cho bên thứ ba bất kỳ Thông Tin Mật nào trừ trường hợp được Bên cung cấp thông tin chấp thuận, tiết lộ do yêu cầu của pháp luật hay quy định của Sở giao dịch chứng khoán nơi một Bên tiết lộ niêm yết hoặc tiết lộ thông tin đã được công chúng biết mà không phải do vi phạm điều khoản này.

Results (English) 1:

The parties commit to keep secret all information related to the process of negotiation, signing and execution of this Agreement and the relevant contract as well as the information provided by one party to the other party ("confidential information"). Neither party would be revealed to any third party any confidential information unless the party providing the information consents, disclosures as required by laws or regulations of the stock exchange where a party listed on the disclosure or disclosure of the information was public know that not due to breach of this provision.

Results (English) 2:

The Parties undertake to keep confidential all information related to the process of negotiation, conclusion and implementation of this Agreement and related agreements as well as the information provided by a Party to the other Party ( " Secret information"). Neither Party shall disclose to third parties any confidential information unless they are party to provide information consent, disclosure is required by law or regulations of the stock exchanges where the disclosing party listed or disclose information in the public domain without breach of this clause.
