Đây là nhiệm vụ được triển khai thực hiện theo Kết luận số 26-KL/TUQN-TUDN ngày 27/4/2016 của Thành ủy Đà Nẵng và Tỉnh ủy Quảng Nam về nội dung hợp tác, hỗ trợ giữa tỉnh Quảng Nam và thành phố Đà Nẵng trong thời gian đến và Quyết định số 4593/QĐ-UBND ngày 11-7-2016 về triển khai “Kế hoạch hợp tác liên kết, hỗ trợ giữa thành phố Đà Nẵng và tỉnh Quảng Nam” . Theo đó, giao cho Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường thành phố Đà Nẵng phối hợp với Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường tỉnh Quảng Nam và Văn phòng Ban chỉ đạo ứng phó với biến đổi khí hậu trong giai đoạn 2016-2020 xây dựng và triển khai thực hiện các sản phẩm: (1) Xây dựng Quy chế phối hợp về bảo vệ môi trường lưu vực sông Vu Gia - Thu Bồn; (2) Kế hoạch phối hợp giám sát các thủy điện trên thượng nguồn Vu Gia trong việc chấp hành quy trình vận hành liên hồ chứa theo Quyết định số 1537/QĐ-TTg ngày 07/9/2015 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ; (3) Kế hoạch phối hợp kiểm soát ô nhiễm môi trường trên lưu vực Sông Vu Gia - Thu Bồn.

Results (English) 1:

This is the deployment task follow the conclusion of KL/TUQN-TUDN 26-27/4/2016 of the Standing Committee of Da Nang and Quang Nam Committee on cooperation, supporting content between province of Quang Nam and Da Nang City in time to and decision No. 4703/QD-UBND on 11-7-2016 on implementing "plan links support, between the cities of Da Nang and Quang Nam province ". Accordingly, assigned to the Department of natural resources and the environment the city of Da Nang, in collaboration with the Department of natural resources and the environment the Office of Quang Nam and the Steering Committee responding to climate change during the 2016-2020 period in building and implementing the products: (1) construction of coordinated rules on the protection of the environment the Vu Gia-Thu Bon; (2) the plan to coordinate monitoring of hydropower on the upper Vu in Executive processes driving the reservoir by decision No. 1537/QD-TTg on 7/9/2015 of the Prime Minister; (3) plan to coordinate the environmental pollution control on the Vu Gia-Thu Bon.

Results (English) 2:

These tasks are being implemented according to the Conclusion No. 26-KL / TUQN-TUDN dated 04.27.2016 of the City Party Committee of Da Nang and Quang Nam Province on the content of cooperation and mutual assistance between Quang Nam and the Da Nang city in time to and Decision 4593 / QD-Committee dated 11-7-2016 on implementing "Plan link cooperation and mutual assistance between Danang and Quang Nam province." Accordingly, the allocation for the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Da Nang city to coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the Office of Quang Nam Steering Committee to respond to climate change in the period 2016-2020 to develop and implementation of products: (1) Develop a Regulation on coordination of environmental protection Vu Gia - Thu Bon; (2) Plan and coordinate monitoring of upstream hydropower Vu Gia in the observance of operational procedures reservoir under Decision No. 1537 / QD-TTg dated 07/9/2015 of the Prime Minister; (3) Plan and coordinate control of environmental pollution in the basin of River Vu Gia - Thu Bon.
